The only trick is that you won't see the reset until you actually hire someone, so since I typically hire Keepers, I hire a Ranger, and now my Keepers are restored, so then I change the hire to a Keeper.All mini-events that run AFTER the update has begun, will start at 12 AM UTC (00:00 UTC). Going back a day will not kill a talisman, but remember your new start time/date if you need to close the game. One more trick - if you love to hire your friends, but run out of friends to hire while you are running a talisman, you can go BACK a full day to reset hiring. You need to click on the game with each step to make sure the time change has registered. Repeat as often as desired, or until you reach your maximum energy level. When I am keeping my talismans alive, I have a designated time (8PM) that I set my clocks to before activating them. And you can keep the talisman alive all day, by constantly resetting your device clock back to the talisman starting time. Misti, I believe that only works on Windows.
